We are currently seeking an organized, detail-oriented Operations Support Coordinator to help support clinic operations, vendor management, provider scheduling, and compliance functions across multiple regions.

This is a critical role that supports Area Managers, Regional VPs, providers, and clinic teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

The Operations Support Coordinator plays a key role in supporting operational efficiency across regions, with a strong focus on vendor coordination, scheduling, payroll support, and compliance tracking. This position requires strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support Area Managers and Regional VPs with supply ordering and vendor account needs
-  Update and manage DEA forms and vendor user logins
-  Assist with order approvals and serve as the primary vendor contact
-  Troubleshoot vendor-related issues and coordinate solutions
-  Act as main point of contact for lab-related issues across all regions
-  Assist with supply delivery as needed within Central Texas
-  Identify opportunities to streamline inventory and improve cost efficiency
-  Manage Saturday schedules for Providers, PAs/NPs, and MAs
-  Partner with Regional VP on monthly provider scheduling
-  Enter provider payroll for the Central Texas region
-  Coordinate provider call-outs and secure coverage replacements
-  Manage monthly physician/provider chart reviews and ensure timely completion
-  Maintain collaborating physician documentation between providers and medical directors

Qualifications
-  
2+ years of healthcare operations, clinic coordination, or medical administration experience preferred
-  Experience working with provider scheduling and payroll support
-  Strong organizational and multitasking skills
-  Ability to manage vendor relationships and problem-solve independently
-  Experienced in working with spreadsheets
-  Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-clinic environment
