Overview
We’re hiring a Credentialing Manager to lead provider credentialing and payer enrollment for Total Primary Care. This role is critical to ensuring providers are credentialed, approved, and billing on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage credentialing + recredentialing for MDs, NPs, PAs
- Oversee Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer enrollments
- Maintain CAQH, PECOS, and payer portals
- Track timelines to ensure providers are billing-ready
- Ensure compliance with CMS, NCQA, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of credentialing experience (primary care preferred)
- Strong knowledge of payer enrollment processes
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple providers and deadlines
